WATERMELON LEMONADE RECIPE



 
Ingredients
80 oz water
4 scoops Watermelon BCAAs
4 Tablespoons Organic Lemon Juice
4 to 8 packets Truvia or sweetener of choice (to taste)
 
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a pitcher and mix thoroughly. Add fresh lemon slices to the pitcher if desired. Makes four servings.

TROPICAL BCAA SMOOTHIE RECIPE



 
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 lime or lemon
Splash of coconut milk
Splash of orange juice
1 Tablespoon Watermelon BCAA powder
 
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy chilled!
 

SUNSET BCAA JELLO CUBES 



 
Ingredients
One 12g sachet gelatin, divided into 3
400ml water
4 scoops Watermelon BCAA’s
4 scoops Fruit Punch BCAA’s
150ml almond milk

Instructions
First, completely dissolve the Fruit Punch BCAA powder and one-third of the gelatin in 100ml boiling water. Add 100ml cold water and stir, then pour the liquid one-third full into shot glasses. Place into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Next, heat 75ml almond milk in a pan and add one-third of the gelatin, stir to fully dissolve and remove from the heat. Add the remaining almond milk and stir, then layer another third on top of the set red jelly layer. Place into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Last, repeat step 1 with the Watermelon BCAA powder and add the final layer on top of the set white jelly layer. Freeze for a further 30 minutes to set, then store in the refrigerator.

BCAA ICE CUBES



 
Ingredients
2 scoops Watermelon/Fruit Punch BCAA’s
Handful raspberries
1 lemon
Handful fresh mint
750ml sparkling or soda water
 
Instructions
Combine BCAA powder with water then pour the liquid into ice cube trays. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
Once frozen, combine sparkling water with fresh raspberries, lemon slices and fresh mint in a jug and add plenty of ice, then allow to infuse for 5 minutes.
 

FRUIT PUNCH BCAA JAM



 
Ingredients
400g Strawberries
½ Lemon (Juiced)
50g Fruit Punch BCAA’s
 
Instructions
Place the strawberries into a blender and process until coarsely chopped.
Transfer the strawberries to a pan on a low heat, add the lemon juice and cover.
Cook for around 10 minutes until the jam has thickened, stirring occasionally.
Once thickened, transfer to a jar (or bowl!) and stir in the BCAA powder.
 

WATERMELON MOJITO MOCKTAIL



 
Ingredients
2 scoops Watermelon BCAA’s
10 mint leaves
1 cup watermelon
½ fresh lime (cut into 4 wedges)
Large handful crushed ice
Dash soda water
 
Instructions
Place BCAA powder, mint and watermelon into glass and muddle using the back-end of a wooden spoon, press down gently on the leaves and lightly twist the spoon
Squeeze all of the lime wedges into the glass, leave in two and throwing away the other two
Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice and top with soda, then use a long spoon to stir the mocktail.
 

BCAA FRUIT SMOOTHIE BOWL



 
 Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
1 scoop Watermelon BCAA’s
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
 
Instructions
Add ice and blend until thick.
Top with your favorite fruit, chia seeds, coconut, etc.
 

TROPICAL HYDRATION SELTZER



 
Ingredients
16 oz. of zero-calorie pineapple coconut sparkling water
1 scoop Fruit Punch BCAA’s
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients together until the BCAAs are dissolved and pour over ice.
Garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy!
 

CREAMY WATERMELON POPS



 
Ingredients
1 scoop Watermelon BCAA’s
1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
3 tbsp. baking stevia
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into small 3 oz. snack cups and add ice pop sticks.
Freeze until solid, peel off paper cups and enjoy! Makes about four pops depending on your mold/cup.
 

BCAA GUMMIES



 
Ingredients
1 Scoop of your Watermelon/Fruit Bunch BCAA’s
3 Packets of Knox Unflavored Gelatin
½ Cup Hot Water
Candy Mold or Ice-Cube Tray
Make Them Sour:
½ Cup Superfine Sugar
5 TSP Citric Acid Powder
 
Instructions
Mix together 3 packets of gelatin, BCAA’s, and hot water together until powered is fully dissolved.
Pour mixture into either a candy mold or ice cube tray.
Freeze for 20 minutes or until gummies can be removed easily.
Carefully pop your gummies out of their mold and enjoy.
To Make Them Sour: Combine ½ a cup superfine sugar with 5 tsp citric acid powder. Lightly sprinkle over BCAA gummies.
